Once your new WAV is delivered a member of the TBC team will be out within the first 4
weeks for your Familiarisation Check.
You will receive an Annual* WAV Check carried out by one of our trained technicians for the
duration of your Motability lease. We will call you to arrange a suitable time to visit you at
home and carry out a safety check on your wheelchair accessible vehicle covering the key
accessibility components of the vehicle.
We will also call you to remind you about your MOT and getting ready for it ie. booking your
wheelchair accessible vehicle in for a service.
*For Mercedes Benz Sprinter WAV’s your check is every 6 months.
