Joanne has over 25 years of experience within the accessible minibus market. She joined TBC Conversions in 2014, looking after minibus conversion sales. The role is very much customer focused, including key account management to find the right vehicle for the specific operational requirements of the customer. Sourcing the right van for conversion, providing minibus specifications and quotations, administering customer purchase orders, tracking van delivery progress, liaising with the production team whilst the minibus is in build stages and completing vehicle handovers with the end of users are all part of the day to day role. Current customers include the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care Trusts, Northern Ireland Community Transport Organisations, Local Authorities and CT Groups across the UK along with individual care homes, schools and colleges.
